Inducon movable pool floors move smoothly thanks to a reliable push-chain drive system, driven by electric motors under the deck. In the technical room, the only space needed is for the control box; no mechanical parts pass through the pool wall. Due to the sophisticated geometry of the drive system, no horizontal forces are applied to the floor or walls, only vertical forces to the bottom of the pool. The drive system is fully integrated into the floor construction.
Except for the feet of the push chain, the pool floor under the Indu-floor remains completely free of obstacles, making the floor easily cleaned by robot. No guides are needed or visible in the pool wall. The push chains themselves are self-locking, meaning the floor can never move by itself, unlike scissors or floating systems.
The Inducon movable swimming pool floors can be installed in any pool without need for structural changes. Thanks to the advanced engineering of the system, the original pool design has no impact on the Indu-floor installation. This also makes the system suitable for use in pools undergoing renovation.

The Indu-floor is operated via an included colour touchscreen, though connections to other home systems are possible. The control is equipped as standard with options to control other elements in and around the pool, depending on the position of the floor.

Movable pool floors for swimming complexes with Indu-floor
An Inducon’s movable pool floor fitted in your swimming complex, greatly increases your creative possibilities. The floor can be infinitely adjusted to any position, allowing for different target groups and many varied activities. Movable floors can be constricted to match your needs from 3×6 therapy pools to 50 meter pools.
The Indu-floor can be fitted with all the necessary options to further enhance usability. Including integrated stairs or ramps for access to the floor for swimmers with limited mobility, or flaps and handrails as safety features. Tilting and designing the floor as a DUO floor are also possibilities. Additionally, the floor can be equipped with injectors for the enjoyment of even the smallest bathers.
The Indu-floor provides energy savings if it is set above the water level outside the operating hours of the pool. For sub-floors (with lid), an additional cover system can optionally be chosen to cover the entire surface of the bath.
Our movable pool floors are fitted with a highly durable GRP deck as standard. The floor can even be fitted with a stainless steel or tiled deck. The deck is designed in such a way that the entire surface can be drained by means of joints between the planks. This improves the flow and water quality of the pool.
The entire Indu-floor system is designed for a long service life, a minimum of 25 years for the deck, main structure and drive systems. Two installed floors have even been taken back and, after overhaul and adaptation, are now being reused in a new pool. The Indu-floor is the only floor where this is possible.
Operation of the Indu-floor is via a colour touchscreen that can be built into the wall. The linked water depth displays always show the correct water depth. The display also highlights whenever the floor is moving. An acoustic movement signal can also be linked on request.
